If your Town keeps property data current, statistical reappraisals can spread out the cost of a reappraisal and give you the flexibility to update on your schedule.

NEMC assists towns in their annual Grand List creation through field work, data migration, and appeal assistance.

We can set up a program of periodic inspections in your community to give you the flexibility to reappraise on your schedule. This process is particularly needed in communities with no permitting process or a limited permitting process.

NEMC will provide defense at the local and State level. We have substantial experience at the State Hearing Officer level and in Superior Court. If we feel that you would be better served by a different expertise, we will help you identify and secure those services.
