Who we are..
William KrajeskiPresident
NEMC is owned and led by Bill Krajeski. Bill has been in the field of municipal mass appraisal for over 40 years. He began his career in private industry, spent 25 years as a municipal assessor in Massachusetts and then started NEMC in 2000. In his career he has participated in over 100 reappraisals. He has experience in local and State appeals. Bill is a certified Vermont PVR approved supervisor in Vermont.
Matthew Krajeski
Vice President
Matt is NEMC's Vice President and handles customer services. He has the sort of ground up training that provides a firm foundation in mass appraisal techniques. He is the lead person on the ground supervising data collection, data input and customer training. Matt is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with his business degree and is a Vermont PVR approved appraiser.
Ryan SilvestriVice President
Ryan is NEMC’s Vice President of Operations for Southern Vermont. Ryan came to NEMC as a graduate of Westfield State University in 2014. Ryan has built his knowledge in mass appraisal by understanding and participating in the mass appraisal process step by step. Ryan is a Vermont PVR approved appraiser.

NEMC is a small, experienced company with a 20+ year history of performing Vermont reappraisals. Our understanding of appraisal, computer assisted mass appraisal, Vermont laws and the State's tax billing system is substantial. Our employees and contracted employees have extensive experience in data collection and quality judgments. The staff size allows us to carefully control all information collected leading to a strong understanding and analysis of the Town’s real estate market. Our collection technique is one of our strongest assets. Getting fair and equitable answers requires good, correct data.
